DMX could face jail for the second time after violating bail conditions

American rapper DMX could face prison for the second time for violating the conditions of his bail, he is accused of cheating the IRS our of $1.7 million in taxes.

The rapper was jailed due to tax evasion case and was later bail out, with one of the bails conditions was that he must provide the judge a heads-up if he flew out of town.

According to TMZ, Manhattan federal judge Jed Rakoff said on Wednesday that he received a report indicating that the rapper may have violated the terms if his bail in numerous respect.

The judge ordered DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons to appear in his courtroom on Friday, where he could be jail over the violations of the bail conditions.

DMX's lawyer Murray Richman said the rapper usually inform his probation officer if he is leaving New York to perform, so this time around he failed to notify his probation officer. The Lawyer guess the judge will have mercy on the rapper.

Nicholas Biase, a spokesman for the US attorney for the southern district made it known to TMZ, that DMX is set to appear in court later this week.
