I quit my $6,000 a month oil and gas job for music - Mr Eazi

Mr Eazi revealed he  he dump his $6,000 a month job to pursue his career in music and also the difficulties he faced.

Mr Eazi whose real name is Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade was a guest on The Beat FM's Morning Rush, where he discussed about his life.

Eazi cleared the air concerning the statement he made about Nigerian musicians that earned him heavy backlash.

The singer claims that musicians from Nigeria use Ghana sound for quick hits so as to make it.

Mr Eazi disclose how his journey to the music industry was like, and the difficulties he faced after he left his job for music.

"After I came back from Ghana, I got a job in oil and gas in Port Harcourt that paid about $6,000 per month but I quit because I was not finding fulfillment in it."

"I left my job and got my Masters degree and with all that qualifications I started selling phones in computer village which makes everyone thought something was wrong with me"

"Everybody in my family wasn't pleased with my decision, my mother started praying seriously for me" Mr Eazi said.

He said things turn around for good when he was invited for show in London where he was paid good amount of money.

Eazi also revealed that he charges N10 million before attending shows, and also made known his relationship status.

The singer admitted he is in a relationship with DJ Cuppy's sister Temi Otedola who is the daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola.
