Police killed most-wanted armed robber in Imo State

People in Imo State were in jubilation mood as the police killed most wanted armed robber in the state, Ihechi Nwankwo.

The Imo State Police Command headquarters in owerri was under jubilation by the people of the state when the dead body of the state's most-wanted armed robber was brought from  Umuahia.

The spokesman  for the Imo State Police Command, Andrew Enwerem, disclosed to Southern City News that the 27-year-old most-wanted armed robber had been on the wanted list of the police command for a long time.

The robber who is hailed from Amaumara in the Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.

Andrew Enwerem said that Nwankwo had been involved in series of criminal operations in the state inclusing robbing an Access Bank customer N8m at Ahiara Junction on August 8.
